REGARDING ONLINE PAY STUBS When you first started working with us, Michelle emailed each of you with the instructions on how to get your pay stubs. You will be using the same sign in email you use with QUICKBOOKS TIME (formerly Tsheets.) You cannot use a school email, so you will need to have a personal email address. If you are having difficulty getting in, call Michelle! We are still mailing your W-2 for taxes.
PPE Please let us know if there is anything you need that we can send out to you or order for you, otherwise, please continue to send us receipts for your PPE as you use it throughout the year. Everyone needs to keep using PPE to stay safe even if our schools are not requiring that staff or students wear masks. If you liked the blue Halyard masks made by our OTs, we have some of those we can send if that is what you preferred.
ENROLLMENT – Open Enrollment for BCBS for the upcoming 12/1/2024-11/30/2025 plan year is underway. The current plan descriptions are posted on this website. We did not change the plans available. THE RATES WENT UP ABOUT 5% THIS YEAR AFTER NO INCREASE LAST YEAR! As always, we recommend you read them to select the best plan. If you don’t want to change plans, we recommend you re-read the plan of your choice – often the price doesn’t change much, but specifics within the plans might change. The NEW ENROLLMENT FORM is a simple form located at the bottom of the Open Enrollment BCBS info, use this also as a BCBS CHANGE FORM to make changes to your current plan. We are happy to mail or email you all this information in case you prefer to receive it that way – just let us know via email or by calling our office.
A reminder, you can still join our BCBS insurance outside of open enrollment if you have a “life event” such as coming on as a new hire, losing your other insurance, divorce, marriage, birth and a few other special cases. You can drop the insurance anytime, but we do need time to process your request. NOTE: Dropping your COBRA coverage from another job before it expires does NOT count as a life event.
The AFLAC open enrollment period is underway, but they are pretty good about taking people in at any time, even if it is not open enrollment. ANGEL HILL is our new and responsive agent. We sent out our new rates, but these can vary depending on your situation. If you are interested in the vision or dental insurance plans, you will need to contact the agent for the rates.
The Therapy Connections, LLC 401K plan is administered by TRPC (The Retirement Plan Company) with the assets being held at Charles Schwab. The 401K will allow you to defer more money from your pay checks should you choose to do so. It will also allow you to make Roth contributions. As always, our company will still make a monetary contribution to your account. Details about the plan are available in a webinar, but the site is pretty self explanatory. Contact us if you want us to send you a link to the webinar. We welcome all feedback regarding the plan and the services offered.
